BELLEVILLE –Heritage Belleville vice-chairman Jeremy Davis says he is committed to seeing Memorial Arena returned to its full potential. QNet News spoke with Davis yesterday as part of our Municipal Election Project.  Here are his thoughts on the downtown landmark.
